Our guide Jay contacted us beforehand to dress appropriately for the cold weather. Despite the cold winds, he shared stories on the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Overall, it was a good tour despite the crowds of people and the cold.

the app was easy to use and booking the ticket over the app is cheaper however the overall experience was NOT great as the Q was terrible.

Booked 3 tickets, the second ticket was fine, no problem. But the first ticket was not confirmed in time for the entrance, but the website refunded the ticket. It is recommended to book in advance, the first round of tickets may be booked a bit too close.

It’s a very good trip. You can circle the Statue of Liberty, but you can’t go to the island. There are warm plates in the boat and there are shops where you can buy snacks and drinks. It’s great.

The walking route to take the subway is to go around the left and right sides of the DSNY garage M3 building to Slide No. 4. I arrived at the slide 15 minutes early and didn't see any staff, but I could queue up inside the railing first. I booked a time slot for 11:00, and the boat docked at 10:55. After the previous batch disembarked, I boarded at 11:05. Boat. The rear of the ship is semi-open air. In addition, there is an option to purchase photos with the Statue of Liberty on the front deck of the ship. The overall experience is good!
