Tour guide Xiyu is young, cute and friendly. Although we were the only five Chinese people in the car, Xiyu still provided Chinese and English explanations for each attraction. As this was her first time leading a tour, it was great overall! The service was also very good, the weather was very good, and we were able to take pictures of Mount Fuji at every stop, which was great🥳🥳🥳

very nice trip and very kind and competent guide, we found snow in March so it was definitely nice but it is a type of itinerary that I would recommend more towards April and May to enjoy more of the colors of spring

Today, my husband and I joined Zhang Yufan to visit Mount Fuji, West Lake, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakurayama Asama. He gave us a very interesting explanation and helped us take photos. We had wagyu and eel rice for lunch. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious 😋😋. We will sign up with klok next time!

The tour was great. Very prompt and took us to all the great spots. Betty, our tour guide was funny, knowledgeable and explained the significance of each of the spots. Only downside is that I wish we had more time in each of these spots but I understand this is already a long day trip from Tokyo.

Narusawa Ice Cave

Check out the Narusawa Ice Cave, a cool spot hidden in the Aokigahara Forest. This ice cave was created by an eruption from Mt. Nagao and stays at a chilly zero degrees Celsius even in the summer.
