Great experience overall, the only concern we had is we don't have any contact information of the tour guide. Having a contact information of the tour guide is a great help for us to be able to get in touch quickly with the group.

The night bus tour is a good way to see the various parts of the city, whether you're a first-timer or have been in the city for a few days. Even though there's no hop-off allowed midway, the one hour was fully utilized with the audio guide giving interesting explanations in your preferred language. The boarding spot was also easy to find and there is a public toilet right beside it.

It was raining that night but it wont affect how beautiful Hongkong city lights are! The snacks and drinks were flooding. The staff are very attentive to refill the food. They also volunteer to take a photo of your group!

It's a great way to go around HK. With our pre-purchased tickets, we were treated like VIPs & given priority to board the bus (other passengers paid when they alight at their destination). The bus captain & the staff at Citybus HK are really nice & halpful. To redeem your tickets, walk past Pier 6; you will see a pink booth by the roadside after the taxi stand. To check when the next bus is arriving, just download the Citybus app. We went early to redeem our tickets then headed over to Museum Cafe at Pier 8 for something to eat; this cafe is run by people with learning disability & the food is good. I really enjoyed this Tram Tour. We purchased the 5:30PM so that we can witness the sunset during our rise. Purchasing the tickets from Klook was very convenient. There was no need to line up at ticket booths; we just went straight to the entrance and showed our QR codes.

Grace was so friendly and explained the history of Lantau and Tai-O very well! She keep updating us before the tour, the exact meeting place. We had a great time on our tour! We we will go back soon and we will try the cable car experience.

Highly recommended! We enjoyed the tour. The audio guide is very informational and the tour guide would also mention additional infos and even offer to take a photo of us on the landmarks. Our tour guide was very approachable and friendly. :)

Enjoyed the tour with my mom. We walked almost the entire way because the places were so close to each other. I just wish our tour guide would give us some time to take photos. Overall, it was an immersive tour to get to know more about Hong Kong's history.
