A day trip with tour guide James who is very helpful and approachable. James recommended us to eat the raw white corn which is indeed very nice and sweet. Shikisai Hill is beautiful and colourful. It is quite big and you can choose to walk, take golf buggy ride or tractor ride. Biei pond and waterfall is beautiful too.. Went to the Herb Garden and had melon as well as melon & lavender ice cream. Farm Tomita is much smaller than Shikisai Hill, personally prefer Shikisai Hill. This journey is quite far as it takes about 2-2.5hrs to return to Sapporo, do prepare some food and snacks.

I wish we have had more time at the Shikisai-no-Oka and the Herb Garden buffet at Furano. The all you can eat meons were the best. Very juicy and sweet without a hint of overripe. I also enjoyed their squash tempura, genghis khan and scallops. Their souvenir shop is also full of lavender products. I also want to specifically mention that Ms. Rita has been a very great guide during this trip. I recommend her!

Comprehensive day trip itinerary covering many of the popular sightseeing spots in Furano and Biei. Operator appears to be reputable and used by both local and overseas tourists. This was perfect as we went as a family of four with no car. Without this tour, it would have been much more expensive or impossible to cover all these areas. The bus was comfortable and there was sufficient time for each stop to take pictures and have a quick snack. All stops have a toilet and the distance between stops is 30 minutes at most, except the return trip. The main tourist stops were quite crowded, in particular Tomita Farm, the Blue Pond, and Shinkisai-no-okai. If the areas are crowded and there is a queue to park the bus, the tour may be delayed. One con is that the tour guide only speaks Japanese, so we were unable to understand a lot of the recommendations and commentary. However, the tour guide still knew key phrases in English to make sure everyone was able to see everything as advertised. Another con is that some of the spots like the rollercoaster road or the straight road are viewed from the bus. Depending on where you sit, you might not be able to see it as it goes by quickly. Overall, would still recommend for singles/couples/groups who are okay with short stops to see views of Furano and eat some local snacks, all without having to drive.

I am very happy to take my family on this one-day trip to Hokkaido! The day before departure, you will receive a pre-departure notice and precautions from the tour guide. The content lists various important information in detail. It is recommended that you read it carefully. This time, Ms. Zhou, a Chinese tour guide, will be in charge. Since the tourists in the group come from different countries, explanations will be provided in Chinese/English during the move. The tour guide introduced at a moderate pace and could understand the needs of the group members. He would provide travel and purchase suggestions before arriving at each attraction and would not force sales. I was very satisfied with this. The only shortcoming is that the transportation time is slightly longer due to the scattered scenic spots, and the actual free time that can be used is relatively limited, basically no more than 1 hour, which is a pity but still not a drawback. (In addition, I purchased the lunch-included plan when I participated this time, but since most of the group members did not purchase lunch service that day, the tour guide flexibly adjusted the meal mode and refunded the difference on the spot. I think this is very good~) Thank you, the tour guide and The driver provided excellent service and I hope to participate in other trips if I have the opportunity!

8/20/24 trip/ We had a wonderful trip thanks to our guide Ms. Sophia Chia. She was attentive, kind, detailed and patient and speaks Japanese, English and Chinese fluently. We would have been unable to go to all these places without joining this tour. The tour was exactly as described. Because of all the places we visited, time was limited, but enough, at all the places we visited. The Blue Pond reminded me of Lake Jasper in Canada and the all-you-can-eat melon and lunch buffet at Herb Garden was one of the best buffets we've had in Japan. The melons were sweet and juicy and in the 20 minutes you have to eat the melons you really can eat a lot of pieces! Ms. Chia even gave us tips on how to make the most of eating the melon and lunch buffet at Herb Garden. Farm Tomita was lovely and breathtaking and looked just like it does in the pictures. The lavender ice cream and lavender pudding were infused with lavender flavoring, very unique. We bought some lavendar souvenirs to bring back that were reasonably priced. Since time there is limited, suggest you head straight to buy souvenirs after getting a few pictures. Ningle Terrace looks a place out of a storybook. Our whole family had a great time! Be sure to check your LINE/email/WhatsApp/etc. the night before. Ms. Chia sends detailed instructions about where to meet that included pictures, etc. After our trip, she even offered to help those who needed help with Japanese inquiries. She is very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, answering all the questions we had with a smile and enthusiasm. We highly recommend this tour!

A trip to Hokkaido under earthquake warning. Although the weather was not as expected, the scenery was still very beautiful. The itinerary was rich and satisfying, the tour leader was friendly and attentive, and the overall feeling was very good.

this tour was very nice but just be prepared that it will be quite hectic. bring food as you may want to shop or take more pictures than eat lunch. the shikisai hill is nicer than the tomita farm. the corn, melon and ice cream is the best. our tour guide, james, is also the best. highly recommend this provider.
