We enjoyed the day with that beautiful creatures the elephants. we had a lot of fun with them feeding them, bathing with them and learning about them. We also cooked some pad that and traditional Thai salad. Thanks to all the team which made our experience unforgettable.

We booked this activity from Australia, opting for the buffet, golden seat tickets, and hotel transfers. The show was absolutely spectacular! Every detail was beautifully crafted, with plenty of surprises throughout. The Kingdom of Light was particularly impressive—a long, enchanting walk through stunningly lit worlds.
The Carnival itself was fun, but it's worth noting that all games cost extra, and they aren’t cheap. Unfortunately, our driver arrived late, leaving us with less time to fully enjoy everything.
The buffet hall was visually stunning, but the food was very average. If you're on a budget, I’d recommend having dinner before arriving and maybe enjoying a snack inside the Carnival instead.
Overall, it was a 5-star experience, but if I were to do it again, I’d choose private transport and skip the buffet dinner.

we had a great half day: the team is very friendly and funny. the value for money is unbeatable with the hotel port transfer included, unlimited water and coke on the boat, fruits, snacks for breakfast and noodle tastings on the way back at noon. the person on the boat even took a picture of us on the beach with our phone, so cool. we are French and English is very understandable if you have the basics, they don't speak too quickly. we spent 1 hour on the first island, 20 minutes on the second a shallow snorkeling spot, ideal for those who like me are afraid of the depths and 40 minutes on the last.

Had a great time with at both Phi Phi island and the boxing match that we went… the atmosphere there was so amazing, you can feel the excitement and enthusiasm from the crowd there, i will recommend to whoever is coming over to phuket or planning to get this voucher, worth it!!

value for money, the tour ends at about 2.30pm so better to have heavy breakfasts since there’s no stop for lunch

To our luck, there was a storm and nobody but us chose to have the full day tour. Cannot express the delight we had when we had a whole tropical island to ourselves for an entire afternoon. Food was awesome, so is our guide Matthew. My only complaint is the quality of the affiliated restaurant on the last island that you pay extra to eat/drink. I am attaching the abomination they sold me for 150 bahts as Thai tea. Massive shame on them.

I just pity the guide having to walk with the horse along the beach. The guide were so sweet to allow the horse to gallop for about 2 mins. After the horse ride, we were able to feed the horse with a carrot. Very polite guides.

The booking comes with pickup & drop off, however we were coming from another activity plus I cldn't contact anyone including Klook customer service to cancel the pickup. So we arrived about 4 hrs before. After I've settled the pick up, they offered us lunch which was not included in the package which was extremely kind. The guide offered us an option to feed the elephant early but we can only see 1 elephant. We decided to stick to plan as we would be able to see all 7 elephant including 2 baby elephants. During the briefing, they taught us how to prepare the food with vitamins for the elephants. After feeding the elephants, they provided dessert followed by how to prepare papaya salad & Pad Thai. I totally recommend this place.
