This hotel offers everything you need, Location was perfect only a few mins walk to Shinjuku station, near restaurants and convenience stores.. bonus the limousine bus drops you right off at the front makes it so convenient coming off long haul flight. highly recommended and definitely will be coming back to stay there.

Limousine bus can be reached directly, and the hotel has everything you need. It is comfortable and there is a FamilyMart convenience store opposite. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to JR Shinjuku and you can just cross the road. Unfortunately, there is no underground shopping mall along the road, which is inconvenient on rainy days.

We loved our stay! The hotel is really clean, the staff is friendly, and it's really well located (2 minutes from Shibuya Scramble and tons of shops). Our room had everything we needed, water was provided, and a laundry facility was located inside the hotel.
Our only complaint was that the toilet had a bad smell, especially when flushing it. We would still highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in Shibuya.

Good choice!!! Did not disappoint us but rather exceeded our expectation. Grandbell Shibuya has the best location, located not inside hustle and busy Shibuya crossing but very accessible to it (if you get what I meant) hahaha! just a cross away from Train Station and is surrounded by restaurant, malls and covinient stores. It has a very spacious and clean room. Also, appreciated the CR! It is very very clean and wide, shower area and bath area are separated from Toilet and powder area! if you can imagine how wide it is. Very accomodating Staff also! and they supplies us with toiletries and sleepwears.
