I came again for the very tasty Afternoon Tea 👍😋👍 Aqila, Vicky and Wei Lin, thank you sooo much for your warm hospitalities.

two thumbs up for the service engagement from the time I placed my booking to service rendered. staff's attention to details such as topping up got water & plain drinking water without having to ask for it is fantastic. the savory items in the menu were tasty yet not overpowering. However , sweets on the menu was a little too rich & sweet for us. It was the tea that helps ease off the richness & sweetness. highly recommend their in house Lady Yi's blend. the fragrance of rose in the blend gives a calm feeling. overall still worth it. do give it a try if you are in town. menus changes with season.

Seller was very nice on decorating the cake and willing to reschedule for another delivery date due to my request. Besides, the ake tasted just well, not too sweet. The matcha powder topping wasnt too bitter which suits most of the Malaysian tastebud (I guess ^^). Overall experience with this Venus kitchen was wonderful and definitely will buy again from them in future. Cheers.

had a pleasant dinner at the top and experienced the city view. The food is usual like the others hotel buffet. But the appetizer is delicious for me and I really enjoyed. I only managed to take the food on my plate as the pictures attached:)

It might be the best place to get afternoon tea. The place is so quiet in a calming way. The Lady Yi's signature tea is a must try. My husband personally love the Genmaicha? (the one that reminds you of popcorn). Oh, the scones are pretty good as well. The staff is very friendly and giving us nice suggestion. Thank you so much.

Booking confirmation received a day after the payment. I think because they wanted to make sure that the restaurant wasn’t full yet. Main entrance is 15-min away from the closest train station. Had a hard time to walk to the main entrance because it was raining. Good thing they have a free shuttle from the main to the tower. The frontdesk where I claimed the ticket stub was strict to the time of giving the stubs out. When I arrived the restaurant, staff assisted me to my seat and explained everything they were supposed to tell. The food was good. I thought therell be no rice but there were. So many food choices to choose from, from appetizer to dessert, plus free coffee, tea and water. Eating while revolving with the view is a wonderful and great experience, especially in a discounted price. After eating, I headed to the observation deck to take more pictures. Leaving the tower to the main gate, I took the free shuttle again.
