Even though it departed on a weekend afternoon, there were not many people queuing at that time. definitely cheaper from all other booking tools. offers a lot of options like early pass, premier access, etc.

We went on a Monday and the queue was long at the cable car. As we have booked a local tour at 12pm so the staff allowed us to use the priority line to get onto the cable car. Each cable car can take on max 8 pax. The ride was about 25 minutes. The local tour guide, Luna speaks good English I would say. Together with 2 other tourists from UK, the 5 of us took a private coach and started off to Tai O fishing village. Started off with a boat ride to see pink dolphins but we have no luck that day. After that, we went to one of the houses then F&E at the market. We tried the sugar doughnuts and mango mochi (recommended by the guide) and they were nice! The tour ended with a walk to see the big buddha and monetary.
