Awesome sushi class! The English-speaking staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked during the week, so we had the chance to enjoy a private session. We appreciated taking our time and asking questions! During the class, we learnt how to shape the rice correctly, how put the fish, how to roll the maki, as well as many other tips on how to do the right gesture.
