Fantastic tour with a nice, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide was truly an enjoyable experience that we will cherish. Particularly, places we visited could not be easily accessible by train. Taking bus tour with Klook was the best option.

The tour was well planned and the tour guide and driver were good. Even if we had lunch on the bus, the food was good and everything was collected after, so there was no mess. The seats of the bus though were just a bit tight if people seated together were both on the heavy side. But all in all it was a very good tour!

It is worth the trip here as there is enough time given to each place visited. 4 hours for Mitsu Outlet and 3 hours for Nabano No-Sato Illumination. Thank you Klook!

Just like what the other reviews said, it’s a ride going to the outlet mall and Nabana No Sato. You really have to pay for the convenience of going from one place to another and having a secure place for your shopping bags while seeing the illuminations then comfortable ride going back to Nagoya Station. It’s fun seeing the different lights. I’m glad we did the tour at this time, must be sweaty and uncomfortable doing it on summertime. My tour was moved to a different date, would appreciate a more active coordination by Klook, it is so hard to connect to them.

The driver was punctual, very good attitude, very polite, the lighting show of Name Hana nori is good, the tunnel of light, like going to another world, worth recommending

Pick up instructions are clear. Sammy was a great guide, Im fascinated how she remembers our faces and doesnt need any list on hand when counting our grp (a small grp of about 15, but still), driver was also nice. We were given 4.5 hrs to roam around Nagashima resort/spaland, that was enough for me to go to the amusement park (where world's longest roller coaster is) and shop in outlet mall. You can also go to the famous onsen instead of the park, then shop. Sammy also recommended trying Matsusaka Beef and Im so glad I did, best beef I've ever tasted so far! (name of resto in outlet shop is Asahiya). After spaland, we had 2.5 hrs in Nobata no Sana for the pretty winter illumination.

There were many other travelers that day, so it's understandable that the whole process was delayed. It happened to be snowing at Gozaisho. Although I couldn't see the scenery, it was a different experience. I will go to Nabana no Sato again, and the lights are beautiful.
