I recently went on a day trip to Mount Fuji with Erina as our tour guide, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, Erina was incredibly insightful and thoughtful, making the entire day feel both engaging and memorable. She shared fascinating facts about the mountain’s history, culture, and significance, and her passion for the area was evident in every story she told. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions made the trip feel personalized and unique. The scenery was breathtaking, and Erina's guidance ensured we made the most of every stop, whether it was capturing the perfect view of Mount Fuji or exploring hidden gems along the way. I truly appreciated how she took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the day. I highly recommend Erina as a tour guide to anyone visiting Mount Fuji – her knowledge, warmth, and dedication made the trip an absolute highlight of my travel! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Our tour guide Zoe was truly amazing and accommodating! She explained to us about the various places of interest and what are key activities within the area. She’s also well versed in multiple languages, to the point of explaining things in multiple languages so that everyone on the tour can understand. I had a really enjoyable tour, would recommend this!

Went there on Saturday, December 22, signed up for the Chinese itinerary, and took a bus with the English itinerary team to set off on the same day. The tour guide is Tour Guide Tom. He is very polite and kind, and his time management is quite good. We went to see Mount Fuji very clearly that morning, but unfortunately clouds began to accumulate in the afternoon, and Mount Fuji was almost invisible from Yamanaka Lake. The itinerary tends to be compact, with each stop lasting no more than an hour. It feels like a quick tour, after all, there are too many places to cover. Hakone Minami Shrine⛩️ is really amazing, and so is the pirate ship. It is really worth it to follow the tour guide’s advice and spend ¥800 to upgrade to first class. The weather in Oshino Hakkai and Yamanakako was very bad. In the afternoon, cumulus clouds basically made it impossible to see Mount Fuji. It was a pity that the swans were not seen in bad weather. Finally, I would like to remind everyone: (1) You have to pay an extra ¥1,200 to ride on the pirate ship. If you want to upgrade to first class, you have to pay an extra ¥800. (2) As soon as you get on the bus, the tour guide will ask the Chinese if you want to buy group meals at your own expense. Will be taken to the restaurant, with a total of four meal options. The price is ¥1500-3000. If you don’t want to eat, you may have to eat at a nearby lawson or bring your own. (3) There were as many as 48 passengers in the bus. Tourists from all over the world encountered very noisy and poor tourists who did not understand Chinese and English. They were noisy and laughing all the way, which seriously affected the quality of the ride. It is understandable that the travel agency wants to keep the travel expenses down, but it would be better if the self-funded items could be written more clearly at the beginning. There are too few lunch options, and I think it is a pity that we are semi-forced to eat at the same restaurant. In the end, I think the most critical factor that affects the entire trip is definitely the weather on the day. Clear weather is the most important, but it all depends on luck. But overall I am satisfied and Hakone is worth visiting.

It has been a pleasant Mt Fuji day trip under tour guide Erina. This bubbly young lady has brought great fun to my family and speaks good English. We were very glad to have her lead the tour and was lucky to see Mt Fuji. If you want to see this mountain in different views, this tour is the one for you.
