Things to do in Desert Safari

The driver was very excited but drove a little bit rough😅 We had a great time at every spot. Be careful of the eagle man who approaches you kindly. He asks for 20 dirhams per person for taking pictures😡 We insisted that we didn't have any and only paid 25 dirhams for two people.

Mr. Fahad, the safari guide, was an awesome friendly person. He got in touch with us on the day of the safari and kept us well informed till the pickup. The vehicle was a Nissan Patrol. Our first stop was at a dune buggy site. Since we were not up for a ride in the sun we walked around the site and tasted some local delicacues. Next it was dune bashing. While travelling Fahad explained us about the geopgraphical seperation of desserts, bit about the old city and so on. Once at the red dunes it was all about providing a thrilling experience. We had an amazing adventerous time for about 45 mins. Fahad expertly navigated his way around the dunes and even provided us the first hand experience of rescuing a vehicle that was stuck in sand. The evening was spent on the top of the dune, sand boarding and photography were the highlights. Fahad made sure his guests enjoyed the time by being creative and mingling with us. In the even he took us to the dessert camp which had lovely entertainment and a good spread on vegan and non vegan meals. Oh and Fahad upgraded the meal plan to a continuous buffet experience for a minimum amount. We chose to skip the camel ride. We were safely dropped back in our hotel around 11pm. All in all it was an amazing experience.

This was my first desert safari experience and I had so much fun. I would like to commend Shahid for being a very nice and helpful tour guide / driver to us. He gave us tips and took us to the spots with less crowds for a better view. The whole experience was hassle free I must say. I would gladly recommend it to my friends.

the trip was entirely satisfactory! from the prompt pick-up, the ATV (separate fee with prior knowledge -dont worry!) the dune bashing and very emirati/arabian feel of the caravanserai dinner. wonderful is our driver Abud! he was courteous. he’s always smiling and very giving! we asked to make the dune bashing gentler cause we have 2 seniors in tow and he did! best of all, i asked him to try to bargain for me the keffiyah but instead he gifted me one! amazing abud!!

Thanks to Mr. Mohammed our guide, we had a wonderful desert safari experience! He kept the mood very chilled and relax and took us through all the activities quite joyously. The activities, entertainment and food were all very well planned and organized. The desert safari tour is highly recommended!

The Dubai Deluxe Desert Safari Tour was a fantastic experience! The guide was very friendly and the exciting driving in the desert on a Hummer made it even more thrilling and fun. It was a really precious time to enjoy the beauty of the desert and the various activities at the camp. I highly recommend it!
