This stay was a very good experience. First of all, the hotel decorated the restaurant and the room to celebrate the birthday. Had two birthday cakes which were delicious. The executive lounge manager Rosen and the female manager in the restaurant were very friendly. Surprises this time: room upgrade and freshly squeezed juice in the restaurant. I see that the hotel is constantly improving, whether it is the quality of staff, customer service, or food quality. I will come again if I have the chance👍.

The hotel rooms are spacious and elegant, and guests can enjoy afternoon tea and happy hour food in the executive lounge. It feels very cost-effective and I had a pleasant two-day and one-night trip.

The front desk was very friendly and helped us upgrade to a room with a window. The wet and dry separation room in the bathroom is also very clean, and there is free water. The hot water for showering is also 10 points sufficient. 10 points recommended!

Close to KK one shopping mall, subway station downstairs, the location is very good! Staff are polite. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good.

The facilities at Raffles Hotel are very new and diverse, and there are many types of food. I specially requested a birthday decoration, and it was arranged very well. The hotel also sent a birthday cake. Pleasant experience.
