Love this hotel. Great location. Next to Komtar shopping mall. Rooftop pool is a treat. Klook booking was without breakfast, as I wanted, other sites didn't offer that. Everything was done quickly and conveniently.

value money for stay. its rare for hotel has netflix. you just need to login to your account. voila!

Beds were big and soft. Got the family room. One king bed and one sofa bed, but the sofa bed was suprisingly big as well. Though the king bed was a bit softer. Generally the experience was great and will recommend.

I am truly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the special occasion prepared by the hotel. I can see the effort they put into making it memorable, and I appreciate every thoughtful detail. thsnk for upgrading the room too.
