The trip was absolutely worth the money. The guide, Cloey, was amazing. She gave very interesting information and helpful advice. She paid attention to every single guest. Cloey speaks very clear and fluent English, Chinese, and Japanese. The tour is well scheduled - not too tiring. The snow park was fun and not crowded. Love the snow banana boat. Otaru is beautiful. A lot of shops and restaurants. Also, the canal is a very good photo spot. Very enjoyable experience. Cloey is the best!

The pigs are super cute, clean and odorless. They will sleep on you. There are small pigs and medium pigs. They are full of pigs and are actually full of pigs XD. It’s worth the experience!

This tour has the great bang for you buck. Everything went well smoothly, the departure was on time and everything was in order. Kudos to the tour guide, he gave a short background/fun fact in every stop that we visited and he spoke 3 languages (English, Japanese, Chinese) so everything was well communicated. The free activities in the snow park itself was very fun (snow tubing, biking, soccer) and the time allocated for snow park was sufficient. There were other activites offered like snow mobile for additional cost, but I think the free activities were already sufficient given the time allocated at the snow park. You need to plan your visit to Otaru ahead of time so you can visit the places that you want as the time was a bit limited since we also ate lunch there and there were a lot of tourists visiting especially during winter season so queueing could take a lot of time. We were able to visit the Steam Clock, Music Box Museum, Kitaichi Glass Museum, ate kaisendon at the recommended restaurant of the tour guide (which was very delicious!). We also ate LeTao ice cream which is a must try! For souvenirs I highly recommend buying something at the Glass museum and Music Box museum as their products were one of a kind. Free unlimited drinks were also offered at the snow park and at the Otaru meet-up point (which was a souvenir shop’s 2nd floor right across the steam clock) as part of the tour. The last stop was Shiroikoibito Park, time alloted was short, wish we could stay longer to roam around. Time was just enough to take pictures of the illumination outside and watch the animatronics perfomance at the clock tower at exactly 5 PM. Wasn’t able to buy anything at the Park. I think if you want to explore more of the park, might as well go back another day as the first half of the tour was already jam-packed and physically draining as you will play a lot at the snow park and walk in Otaru. This tour is great for kids to adults, but will not recommend to older adults as this could be physically demanding for them. All in all I was very happy I chose this tour over the other tours offered here in Klook. You get to enjoy the activities without the hassle of commuting since it was snowing real hard during our visit and Otaru City and Bibai snow park is located far from Sapporo’s main city center.

I was lucky enough to be taught by a female coach. Girls are more attentive. They often ask me if I have any questions and care about whether I am injured. They practice with me and the photos they take are great! This experience is very good
