Had fun on this tour! We went to so many places in a day, with ample time to view the sites. We especially love the Noboribetsu Jigokudani and Mt. Usuzan.

Generally speaking, it was a good itinerary. I didn’t have enough time to finish the Hell Valley. You can see wild deer along the way. The scenery beside the two lakes is quite good. However, the day I went there was probably because it was a working day and there were fewer tourists. None of the stores were open, so I didn’t get to eat the famous ice cream. In addition, it was hard to find any open restaurants for Chinese food next to Lake Toya. Finally, it was a pity to eat desserts. You can see the Bear Ranch. There are more bears than there are in the zoo. It’s quite fun for a bunch of tourists to buy fruits and feed them to the performing bears. The younger bears are more likely to quarrel, while the older ones just want to eat. The tour guide’s speech is quite humorous, so the whole day is fine. Nice itinerary

The tourist minibus was a bit crowded and the seats were not very comfortable. But the whole trip was very informative. Although it is a bit superficial, it is still very fulfilling. We returned to Sapporo city one hour earlier than expected, so I thought we could give tourists more time to visit the last scenic spot (Hell Valley). The tour guide (Mr. Pan) and the driver try their best to cooperate with tourists, are funny and introduce Hokkaido food and attractions. The only drawback is that Mr. Pan could consider talking more about Japanese culture like other tour guides and explaining what to pay attention to and the walking route before arriving at the attractions (for example, some of our tourists in Hell Valley were considering whether to walk around for fear of not having enough time).

Alex (aka 小刘) is a very experienced tour guide with a friendly and helpful disposition to bring cheer to his clients. I am amazed at his trilingual (Japanese, Chinese and English) ability. He is very diplomatic and tactful in his dealings with everyone. While we have a very tight and full itinerary, Alex is able to garner the support of all his clients to return to the bus on time so that we have sufficient time for all our destinations. The driver is also responsible. The itinerary is great as it covers all the key attractions at Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu. Overall, it is a very pleasant and enjoyable tour. Highly recommended.

First of all, I would like to thank our tour guide Kevin for his arrangements and care on the day. He also speaks Mandarin, English and Japanese fluently. The explanations and supplementary information are also very good, and the explanations in various languages are balanced. The departure time that day was 8:00, but some passengers were late, so the departure was slightly delayed. We first arrived at Noboribetsu Jigokudani and Cape Earth. The scenery on both sides is first-class, which is very suitable for taking photos with family members. Next is the Bear Ranch. The "ranch" is actually very detailed, and it doesn't take 30 minutes to finish shopping for souvenirs. The big bear in the pasture 🐻 can actually wave his hands and hold his fists after being fed and say "please please" thank you! People who watched it, including us, were also very excited. Just thinking about it further, they probably don’t have enough to eat every day, so they need to please tourists to get food. Thinking of this, I feel very pitiful. Afterwards, we went to Lake Toya for lunch at our own expense. Although it was a Saturday, there were not many open restaurants nearby. We walked to a place a little further away to eat ramen🍜😍 and then wandered around the beach for a while, met a foot bath and soaked for a while. Super comfortable. Then we set off to the Lake Toya Observation Deck, where we just took photos and checked in before setting off. Finally, we went to Lake Shikotsu. The lake is really beautiful. I heard it is the second largest lake in Japan. It was close to dusk when we arrived at 16:30 in the afternoon, and the scenery was super beautiful. It was exactly 18:00 when we got back to Zhase. It would be perfect if we could stay in Lake Shikotsu longer😍
