I really recommend it. The tour guide is very cute. He took me and another tourist to eat various special snacks in the old town. The store I chose was very clean and I didn’t have to worry about stomachaches.

If you want to participate in the street food tour, you must buy the pass, which is equivalent to another point being a gift, which is great value!

The water puppet show is truly amazing. It's worth taking the time to see. Although there is a language barrier, it's still great to learn about Vietnamese history. Since it's near the lake, I recommend going to see it at least once!

I was able to get my ticket easily because I didn't have to line up at the ticket counter at the entrance. I bought a plan that included a middle class seat and a translation audio. It was a little cheaper to buy it on-site, but I didn't have to line up and I could pay by card, so it was a good result.

Worth the price. Clean & comfy. Note: Although our scheduled time was 11:30AM, the shuttle service sent us a message via WhatsApp an hour before and told us they will pick us up at the hotel in Sapa by 10:30AM to bring us to the bus station. No shuttle service to Hanoi hotel though. Last stop is their bus station at Hanoi. Luckily, it's just 11min. walk to our Hanoi hotel so it's fine. Tip: Choose the upper cabin. The only cons is you need to climb up but the price is lower plus it's more comfortable compared to the lower cabin wherein you'll feel the humps, the opening & closing of the luggage compartment, etc.

Highly recommended. Worth the price. Clean & comfy. Note: Although our selected time was 6:30AM, there's an hour travel time/distance from the bus station. So if your pickup location is Hanoi airport, no need to travel to the bus station, just wait for them at around 7:30-8AM. Driver sent me a message via WhatsApp too the night before our scheduled trip. Tip: Choose the upper cabin.
