Things to do in Toshogu Shrine

The views and scenery of Nikko is beautiful and amazing, my parents and I enjoyed the trip, a big thank you to Maiku (Mike) for showing and guiding us around the places of Nikko! Mike is an amazing driver and very friendly, and we would highly recommend ABC Travels when visiting to Japan!!

Really recommend this tour if you want to enjoy nature and culture of Japan, the tour is run reallly well and we avoided all the other large tour groups due to the earlier schedule of this tour. The tour guides Manuel, Caesar, and driver Utsu-san also provided great information and relatable stories about the history of each stop, the drive was also really smooth and safe.

Amazing day in Nikko with our private tour guide Yumi - couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Yumi’s knowledge and passion for the area was obvious and no question went unanswered. We spent 6 hours together which went very fast and Yumi was more than happy to tailor our experience to incorporate our specific interests. Would thoroughly recommend Yumi and this tour to others - thanks again Yumi.

We visited during an overnight trip to Nikko. Totally worth the trip to Nikko just to see this. So ornate and incredible.

This is different from KKDay. You need to exchange the physical ticket at the Nikko Station Service Center. The Toshogu counter can only accept KKDay tickets.

This trip was amazing and our tour guide was very insightful. She was also very humorous and kept up the energy.

This trip will take a lot of time waiting for the bus if you are on your own. If you buy a trip, you can sit comfortably and have a tour guide to explain. I will buy other trips if I have the chance.
