Wonderful experience visiting Ha Long Bay for the first time! John was our tour guide and he was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Pick up and transfers were smooth. Itinerary was explained very clearly. Food provided during cruise was plentiful.

Had so much fun in this tour! Kim, our tour guide is super nice! Just had minor issues with fellow tourist (who were Israelis) because they were very rude at him, but he remained professional. Kudos to Kim and Reina Tours!

went there alone but i never felt lonely because this is a group tour. you’ll meet new friends! there are alot of food choices! the service was great! will come back again with fam next time! thank u klook!

A day trip was sufficient to take in the sights and landscape of Halong Bay. We were upgraded to Route 2 which included bamboo boat ride to the cave, Titop Island and Sung Sot cave. Lee, our guide was enthusiastic and made sure everyone had a good experience.

The cruise was really nice ! the staff member and the guide was very kind and the activities were nice too ! I was with a vegetarian and a person who was allergic to seafood and they were very accommodating! The room was nice and comfy ! I took the option with transfer and the bus was very comfy! I recommand !

Full itinerary. great value for money. our ship was new and clean. amazing cave is cool. Best to dress sporty for this tour. I was a bit bothered with driver coughing a lot without face mask so no tip for him. overall a great comfortable tour package. Book it now!

ha long bay was a great experience... cruising through the bay n visiting the different islands n caves was fun experience... buffet was excellent...worth the money ...Robbin our guide was helpful n great ...overall a great experience

We love the cruise! I was with my elderly mother and aunt. They had so much fun with the cruise. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was a good 2hrs+/-. The van was spacious and driver prompt. Welcoming water was provided. PS no bottled water inside the cruise ship so you need to by canned water there. Hot water is provided for free though. Crew and guides are very nice and accommodating. They answer queries properly and offer elaboration to questions. Especially David our guide and another Guide who discussed with me some information about Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was amazing. Literally that you can eat all you can. I love the vast selection. The activities are good for 1 day. Not really crammed. We just had a lot of stairs to climbed. Be sure to know this if you have elderly with you. Overall experience is a must try. ❤️
