Deceptively industrial in appearance on the outside, the rooms were clean, cosy and spacious. There were stunning views of Lake Toya from the bedroom windows as well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cocoa.

The hotel rooms, the large public bath on the top floor and the dining area all have beautiful views of Lake Toya. You can already enjoy the fireworks in the room. The decoration is novel and the buffet has a wide variety of food. An additional 1,000 yen per person is required for transportation to Sapporo Station. If you want to go to the cave Yehu, highly recommend this hotel

The environment is very good, there is free parking, the room is clean, the view of the large bathroom is great, breakfast and dinner are buffet style, but the food is just average.

Before making the reservation, I mentioned that I wanted to be on a high floor. After the reservation was made, the hotel immediately responded that it had been arranged, which was very efficient. There are also Chinese-speaking counter staff at the counter. Even if I need to call for a taxi at short notice, it will arrive in 10 minutes. The efficiency is really good.

Brunch has a variety of food, and the lake view bungalow has a spacious interior. The open-air hot spring on the eighth floor of the West Building has a super beautiful view, the hardware facilities are also great, and the overall value for money is great.

Returning to this hotel during the summer was just as delightful as my first visit during the winter. Once again, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and coffee biscuits upon arrival, setting the perfect tone for my stay. The elegant lobby boasts breathtaking scenery, providing a serene atmosphere to relax and unwind. And let's not forget the picturesque winter view from the hotel room, Mt. Yotei is visible under good weather conditions!

Overall it's good, the location is good, you can see the lake view outside the window, the fireworks show is right next to it, the room hardware is relatively old, there is hot water and ice water in the room, but no mineral water
