Overall is good hotel..the staff very helpful when I ask to use phone charger..the hotel quiet and calm..but the outside hotel looks like in alleys of prostitution area... But it definitely nearby to most transport

Definitely expensive, but I’d suggest checking prices on different platforms. I regret not using booking dotcom for two nights—I missed out on a 1.5K PHP discount! Location-wise, you’re close to everything—literally everything. I loved the look of their gym and pool, though I didn’t get a chance to use them lol. I’m not sure if it fully feels like a 5-star experience, but it was still a nice stay overall.

Environment are well with a lots of massage places and food places.

good location , staffs are friendly , hotel room is clean. however ，cleaners didn't change our shampoo and conditioner and body wash when we run of of them.

The room is clean and staffs are very friendly. Valet service is very attentive and strategic place to stay in bukit bintang.

Affordable hotel, rooms are perfectly spacious and clean for a solo traveler like me. Location is best just a 5 minutes (to less) walk from Berjaya Time Square and just right across Lalaport Mall. Safe, quite & clean rooms & hotel.

the hotel is quite clean and close to the city center, close to culinary places just across the road, next to the hotel there is a 24 hour KKmart supermarket which is quite large, the prices are affordable and the goods are quite complete...... ..................
