The setting is private, I was mostly the only customer there. The hair wash is in a separate room. This was a special HKD680 price which was reasonable. The location is a 5 min walk from the mtr. I liked the scalp analysis in the beginning; the scalp massage was very soothing and relaxing. at the end there was a simple blow out so you can leave the spa with nice hair. The treatment time was just shy of the 75 min description, was more like an hour.

It was a bit hard to sell, the consultation before starting the facial was a bit too long, and I would lobby for other skin-friendly treatments, and it took a while before I entered the room. There is no gown provided after entering the room, and I have to wait a while to get it after talking about it. Cleansing + exfoliation + a little needle cleaning eyebrow + machine introduction + manual massage + RF eye + mud mask (RF eye is an extra gift). The introduction time of the facial machine and the RF eye are a bit shorter than the others, which is unreasonable, and then the facial massage is performed. The RF eye has been doing for a long time, which is a bit of a surprise. The effect is ok. After the completion, there is a sell package, new customer checkered, 350/square, 8 squares off (you can choose aqua peel, and other different treatments will deduct 1 square). Overall ok, except for a little sell..

Nice experience. Good amount of simple solid colors to choose from. The technician who did my nails was very detail oriented and also took a good care of my nails at the time I had shorter nails.

My hair is still feeling & looking healthy even after going back to Philippines (humid country). their products are indeed quality!! + the service is definitely worth the price! super relaxing 🫶🏻 I will surely come back over and over again 🥺🫶🏻
