The location of the hotel is suitable. Taking Grab to most destinations costs MYR 5 to 7. Staff are very polite. I will stay here next time I go to Penang.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is relatively new. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Enjoyable stay.

Comfortable hotel with full facilities. Centrally located right in the UNESCO World heritage part of the city.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. spacious and clean. toilet ceiling needs a new coat of paint though. Great location.

This is a hotel with both city and sea views. The hotel is located next to Everbright Plaza. The accommodation is very clean. A small disadvantage is that the movable TV cabinet moves almost at any time, and the angle cannot be fixed, causing a lot of trouble.
