There's nothing to complain about this hotel. Service is very good from reception, to concierge, to security, housekeeping and F&B restaurants. There's complimentary boat ride to few locations right at the hotel's own boat pier. Room is super clean and cosy. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and hot water are good. I highly recommend for those who are looking for relaxationb and yet not too far away from the hectic and bustling areas of bangkok.

Affordable and 3minute walk to Asiatique The River front. 500baht security deposit. Such a big room and big bed.

Staffs are nice and very accommodating. The place is so comfy and accessible to all needs mostly to transportation.

We booked a one night stay through Klook at the Chatrium Riverside Bangkok. The price was considerably cheaper than other booking platforms. From the ease of booking until we checked out everything was of the highest professional level. The food (lunch and breakfast) was delicious. The room which was upgraded to a suite was by far one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Amenities were plentiful. Each employee no matter what station they worked at was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend booking a stay at the Chatrium Riverside Bangkok through Klook.

The location is very convenient, not far from the Riverside Night Market and within walking distance of the hotel. There is delicious fish porridge across the street and one minute ahead there is a massage parlor and a delicious Thai restaurant. The hotel has rich breakfast options and multiple platforms with discounts. Booking is cheap and cost-effective.

It's great. There's a ferry. The environment is beautiful. The staff is great. There's a riverside night market nearby. It's really fun. Like, praise, praise, praise! ! ! !

The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated. It is a must-choice for vacations. The only drawback is that the transportation is inconvenient. You have to take a barge and the boat leaves every hour. It is a fly in the ointment.
