Booking is convenient and the itinerary is fun. Klook is really great. The hotel is convenient, the room is convenient, and there is a bar in the building. The overall itinerary is full marks.

All atmosphere facilities are good. What a shame we only had one night to stay. All the hotel staff are great. The room is also very clean and spacious

We are so appreciative for our stay at Yakamoto Ryokan. We were welcomed with hot tea, given a tour of the facility, and then our room. We were truly given a traditional Japanese experience that ended with a traditional Japanese breakfast. My daughter and her boyfriend (teens), my mother and I were so emotional and thankful for their hospitality and how kind they all are there, it brought tears of appreciation to our eyes. The women’s bath has a traditional hot spring bath and traditional showers in a public bathroom setting. The townhome is old, but very clean. The bathrooms are public but women and men are separated. We recommend Yakamoto Ryokan!

酒店附近好清幽，好舒服，雖然附近冇便利店，但沿路行出去感覺好寫意，都好近地鐵站，5分鐘路程。

This is a new hotel in Higashiyama District, near Kiyomizu Temple Hachiban Shrine and Shijo Kawaramachi. And there is a free bus from Kyoto Station to the hotel! The hotel service is very satisfying. They were able to book a restaurant for me, but I couldn't book it online. Thank you very much!

The owners are very friendly, and loved to chat with us, offering some valuable trip suggestions. They're originated from Singapore, so can speak English very well. The family room on the 1st floor is very nice with a queen bed, a wide sofa bed, and bathroom inside. I think the owner is very thoughtful, they provide grips in the bathroom to ensure guest safety. There're also shared bathrooms for rooms on the 2nd floor. Washing machine is available on the rooftop, and can be used anytime. The owner suggest to hang wet clothes instead of put on the dryer to save money. They also provide hangers. Detergent are free. Free simple breakfast is served, comprises of bread, jams, fruits, yoghurt, coffee, milk, orange juice.

I booked this hotel during the cherry blossom season for a cheap price. I didn't expect to get an unexpected surprise. There is a stream in front and plum soup is not far away. It's not too far to walk to the scenic spots. I will consider booking this hotel next time I come.
