The accommodation is great! It's also very close to the subway (elevator). Although the counter is on the second floor, the signage is very clear, so you don't have to worry about finding it. It was very comfortae and the room has everything we needed. Definetely will come here again in our future trip to Kyoto. Room was clean and spacious, with bigger bed (compared to most bed in Tokyo). They have washing machine, electric stove with complete utilities, refrigerator, water heater, microwave, even clothes hanger for drying your clothes! And it is located near bus station and Family Mart. Only 15-20 minutes walking to kimono rental shops and ninenzaka area. Very worth the price
