best I’ve experienced, cleanliness, customer service just everything about it was amazing. convenience in location with shops down the road. favourite part was the interactions was with the cleaning ladies who are extremely excellent at their jobs and so welcoming

The hotel provides all the basic necessities. I had my first-ever onsen experience for free, and it's open until 2 AM. The room is adequate for two average-sized individuals; it is indeed small, but it suits our needs. The location is convenient, close to shopping, food, and transportation. While there is active nightlife in this area, including escorts, it feels safe.

Best hotel we'd stayed in out of 4 from our 9days trip. bathroom has lot or room to move and the room itself is big enough to open 2 large size luggages compared to other hotels, clean and comfy bed. I wished we'd stayed on their kyoto/osaka branch as well 😢 skip the breakfast 😅
