From getting off the plane at Sendai Airport, traveling all the way to Aomori/Hakodate/Sapporo/Otaru, until boarding the plane at New Chitose Airport, it is very convenient to use this JR PASS.

We used this JR Pass to travel from Hakodate, Hokkaido to Aomori, Morioka, Sendai, and then from Sendai to Hakodate Onuma Park. We took the Shinkansen and Hokuto all the way, and it was already worth the price!

This is the Goryokaku admission ticket. Use it well. Just show the voucher and go up. Then, go and look at Goryokaku while taking a bite of the 400 yen soft serve ice cream. It's so sweet~^^ Yummy ㅋㅋ

[Exchange travel passes at the New Chitose JR Information Desk] Draw a number plate and redeem the paper ticket voucher & passport. It happened that there was no one in front of me, and I didn’t get into the queue (I was grateful). I picked up a reserved seat ticket for a few days of travel (I booked it a month in advance). There were eight trains. It was a really thick stack. The lady at the counter checked it for every train and pinned it with a small pin and a small letter. It's well packaged, Japanese people are so considerate 🤍 The lady at the counter specifically said that when you take a JR ticket, you just need to put in the "compass" (pictured).

I bought a six-day Hokkaido Tohoku tour pass on Klook and received the exchange ticket to take to Japan. I exchanged the ticket at New Chitose Airport. I could reserve a seat on the website one month in advance. There are illustrations for reference when making the reservation. Remember to pick up your tickets at 21:00 the day before at the latest. This time I took the Limited Express Hokuto, Ou Main Line, Hokkaido and Tohoku Shinkansen. When I cut the ticket, I put in the free travel pass (the designated pass is only a spare). Overall, it is very cost-effective. Remember to keep the free travel pass. It will be troublesome if you lose it and not reissue it. of!
