Response for requests took way too long and there is no follow ups until otherwise prompted again. not only that, remote in the room was missing and had to request for another, not only that reception for TV was fuzzy and staff had to enter room to check whether alleged claim of missing remote was true only to pass us a remote that is not compatible. phone in room was also not working and was only able to call operator. ALL the other buttons were spoiled. Didn't bother to ask for another phone having the previous poor experience regarding the TV remote. also, it took at least 24 hours for staff to clear walkway with other rooms unwanted materials lying around. Signages were utterly confusing however the friendly staff stationed at the lobby did help a lot! I think at the end of it all they are the ones that saved the experience in the hotel.

Nice place to stay at. Street parking is available. Walking distance to river cruise and jonker street.

convenient to get food and walking distance to riverbank for a stroll. there's a food court opposite which is vibrant and has variety of food to choose. size of room just nice and room is clean. aircond is a split unit, so able to adjust it to your need.

Nice 3 bedroom + 2 toilets suite for family. Convenient location and unblocked view. Pls note that the Lift will be very packed and slow when near to check out time. If you are driving, 1 person can squeeze in and go down (G floor) for check out while the rest can slowly wait for lift to the carpark to put luggage and drive out

Hotel is nice and clean. The location is great as it is the city centre and next to Mahkota Parade mall. Will definitely book here again.
