I had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Hotel Penang. The cleanliness was exceptional throughout the property. My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom stocked with all necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work, as even the common areas like the lobby and hallways were impeccably clean. It gave me a great sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. The location of the hotel was another highlight. We had such wonderful time in Parkroyal! It was my first trip together with my little one. staffs were extremely friendly. Parking was avail during our stay (first come first serve basis). Only problem we had was, we were given a room which we had cancelled initially. When I came down to enquire, they could not detect our second and confirmed booking. It took the hotel staff around 15 mins to solve it, and we were given an upgraded room. It was a smooth process, the stay was delightful, breakfast was exquisite, the view and environment was just beautiful. Highly recommended especially for those who has children. Definitely will come again!

It’s highly recommend for those travel to penang trip where the facilities and atmosphere was really worth for the reasonable price, especially the bathtub was clean and huge.

Hotel service is very good. There is a shuttle bus to George Town and nearby night markets. Spacious room, free mini bar drinks.

good resort for leisure and explore with family, ample parking space with rm3 charges for 24 hours

It is good choice for both lesuisure travel and business trip. Room size is very big, price is affordable and location is quite nice if you plan to visit beach area. The towel is a bit old but I don’t mind as long as it is clean.

The stay was really great. We had a really good times during our stay. The facilities were all great. will definitely come again!
