I stayed in the Annex room during our visit. Everyone all loved the place, the room, onsent and the location of this Ryokan. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a traditional Ryokan. The view is great and it is very quiet and peaceful. There's also a hiking trail across that you can take a short hike to a waterfall. I would definitely recommend it.

It is very close to Taoyuandai Station and can be reached quickly on foot, which is very convenient; the bed and tatami in the room are very comfortable, so you can sleep on them; the hot spring is good, but there are no deck chairs in the open-air area to cool down and rest, which is a pity; breakfast and dinner are very good It's sumptuous, and there's also wine for dinner. There are so many items, it's impossible to drink them all.

This was my favourite stay of our entire trip to Japan, and I'm so glad I booked it through Klook. If you are going ahead of time, do your research, look up their phone number online, and give them a call. You can arrive at any time because the check-in is open 24 hours a day. The cost is well worth it to splurge and enjoy yourself. They have a garden on site with lights at night. They have vending machines. There is a breakfast buffet and dinner included, depending on which room you choose. Just amazing stuff. They were all around friendly and allowed us to take photos everywhere. They took photos with and without us.

Much better than I expected. It’s very easy to reserve onsen at check in. We have the traditional Japanese room that is very spacious. I highly recommend getting the meal options (breakfast+dinner) as it’s quite difficult to get food past 4pm in the area.

The staff are all friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious. The room can accommodate 4 beds and is very spacious. They provide children's yukata.

this is a very good Onsen hotel. You can enjoy onsen, either if you have selected rooms with private onsen, or by going to the non-mixed gender’s public onsen. but it is a bit difficult to get there if you take the public transports.

Chose this hotel for the value for money. There's complimentary public onsen, while the private onsen ranges ¥2000 to ¥3000 for a private 45min session. Any purchases below ¥5000 requires cash. Dinner was an 8 course meal which was decent
