Where do I collect my Taiwanese bus tickets?
You can collect your tickets from a staff-operated ticket window at a bus station.
To avoid missing your bus, it is recommended that you collect your tickets at least 20 minutes before departure.
For Ubus tickets:
Please present your ticket collection information (ID number + last 6 digits of your phone number) at the counter. Inform them the collection is for a booking done via Klook.
Some stations allow you to use the on-site self-service ticket machine to collect your ticket by entering the ticket collection information. These stations are:
- Taipei Bus Station
- Taichung Chaoma Station
- Taichung Station
- Tainan Yanhang Station
- Kaohsiung Jianguo Station (Kaohsiung Station).
For Kuo Kuang Bus
- Please present your ticket collection information (your 10 digit phone number) at the counter.
- Inform them the collection is for a booking done via Klook.
