- Select one of the bookings
- Click "Chat with Klook" Help center
- Go to Klook help center
- Select the chat icon on the bottom right For existing bookings that need any changes, please include the following information:
- Your full name (as stated in your booking)
- Your booking reference ID (e.g. ABC123456)
- Package name
- Details of the request
