How do I make a claim for Satisfaction Guarantee?
We’re sorry that you had an unsatisfying experience! We will try our best to make it up for you. Follow these steps to make a claim: 1) Take 3 clear photos with timestamps that can prove a negative experience. 2) Submit your claim form from the “Bookings” page within 10 days from your participation date. You will get an email acknowledging your submission. 3) We will review your claim within the next 14 working days. When we have updates, we will send you an email about your claim status. If your claim is approved, your payout will be made within up to 14 business days.
Klook has the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of your claim for a payout based on the clarity, recency, and accuracy of the evidence provided.
