I bought an eSIM for Japan. How can I set the APN on Android devices?

Try setting up the APN (Access Point Name) according to the following process if you can't connect to the Internet on the Android device while using eSIM for Japan:

1. Go “Settings” > “Mobile Network” > “Access Point Name”
2. Tab plus button to add a new APN
3. Enter the following information:

• Name: Customized name for your convenience（e.g. Klook eSIM)
• APN: vmobile.jp

1. Tab "Save"
2. Ensure the APN you created is selected on the Access Point Name screen.

Setting up the new APN won't affect your original plan of your device. Once you're done using the eSIM, you can change back to the original plan.
