I can't log into my Klook account. What can I do?
Reasons can be different.
- Incorrect or expired verification code
- See if the phone number you entered is correct.
- See if the verification code you entered is correct.
- See if the verification code you entered is new and valid. Try requesting a new verification code.
- Verification code not received
- The SMS might not have been sent due to connection issues. Reach out to your service provider or try again later.
- Go to the search bar and look for Klook to see if Klook is marked as spam.
- Make sure if you paid your bill and the mobile service is still being provided by the carrier.
- Ask someone to send you an SMS to see if you can receive messages.
- Restart your phone.
- Use another mobile with the same SIM card to check whether you can receive an SMS or not.
- Too many verification code requests
- Wait for another hour before you request a new verification code. We can only send up to 15 SMS every hour.
- Incorrect account information or password
- Make sure you’re logging in with the same email or phone number you used to sign up.
- Forgotten account password
- Select "Forget password" on the login page to reset your password. You can use your phone number or email address to find your account.
