What happens if I miss my train in Taiwan?
If you've missed your scheduled train, you can board any other train scheduled on the same day for the same destination with your ticket. Be aware that you'll need to board on the non-reserved seating area.
Unfortunately, if you are unable to board any of the scheduled trains on the same day, no refunds will be issued. Please make sure to arrive at your station in advance.
