Why didn't I get KlookCash for my review?

You'll earn KlookCash only for the first 10 reviews each month. You can get:

  • 20 KlookCash: Write more than 100 characters (more than 40 characters in Chinese)
  • 30 KlookCash: Upload 3 or more photos

You can't earn KlookCash for reviews for:

  • Free bookings
  • Rebookings within 30 days of completing the same activity
  • Bookings with a total value of less than US$5
