Can I use my gift card along with other payment methods / promo codes?

Yes. You can combine your Klook e-Gift Card value with other payment methods, promo codes, or KlookCash, to cover the cost of your booking.

If you've cancelled a booking which is refundble, and which you've paid for using an Klook e-Gift Card, you'll get a refund of the Klook e-Gift Card value. The refund can be seen in the gift card balance in your Klook account, and can be used for future bookings.

However, if you cancel the booking after your Klook e-Gift Card has expired, you will not receive a refund on the Klook e-Gift Card value. If you need help, please reach out to our customer service team via support@klook.com or through the live chat.
