Only worth it because it’s 1-4-1 lunch. But the quality of the lunch is poor - curry omelette rice with no meat, sausages, potato patties and salad. Tour guide cannot be called a guide - she only described each location. Driver was great - drove safely. Would recommend this tour for those who don’t want to drive.

The tour guide’s careful explanations and excellent service attitude are worth it👍. This kind of one-day tour saves independent travelers from the fatigue of traveling and traveling😆

This is the only tour group departing from Asahikawa. Although it is a Japanese tour group, the tour guide is very responsible and basically explains along the way without selling anything. The main attractions include Tomita Farm, Aoike Pond and Shirahige Falls, but there is no Shikisai Hill, which I think is a little lacking. The scenery is very beautiful, nothing to say.

truly appreciate Mr. James Wong for contacting us D-1 to inform us the details for the trip (what to prepare, clear meeting point, car info, etc). The itinerary is packed, if you are looking for quantity (ticking the list of sightseeing place), this is VERY RECOMMENDED!

Rita was a joyful guide, giving lots of explanations on everything, even recommendations for things outside of the tour ! It's a timed one-day trip, so you won't spend a lot of Time AT each spot. But it's so worth the money. You get to see a bit of everything, plus you eat reaaaaallyyy well. Highly recommend !!

It's a good deal. The Hong Kong tour guide Catherine (Jia Jia) is great and has good service. If you want to see flowers, it's better to come in July.

The van was waiting behind all the buses! Had a lovely time eating ice cream and all the flowers. The guide spoke many languages and was very helpful with taking pictures and shopping advice. Had enough time to eat, explore, and shop. Those potatoes and corn at the 1st stop were a lifetime best!

The pick-up point was convenient. Tour started on time and the tour guides were very accommodating. Time management was well done. The curry lunch was simple but surprisingly delicious. The flowers were not yet in full bloom due to the timing of our trip (early June) but I can just imagine how amazing the flower farms would be in July. The tour covered so many sights in such a compact tour.

Blue Pond

The Blue Pond, known as Aoiike in Japanese, is a stunning natural attraction with its vibrant blue waters, created by minerals dissolved in the water. Visitors can take a leisurely walk through the forest to reach the pond and marvel at its beauty. The pond is illuminated during winter evenings, creating a magical atmosphere.

Shirahige Waterfall

Shirahige Waterfall, part of the Blue River, contributes to the blue color of the pond. The cascading 'white beard' effect from the water flowing through rocks is a sight to behold, especially in winter when partially frozen.

Surrounding Nature

Immerse yourself in the picturesque scenery surrounding the Blue Pond, where trees merge with the blue water, offering a serene and captivating view. Explore the area's natural beauty with walks and hikes to Mt. Tokachi, Mt. Tomurashi, and Daisetsuzan National Park.

Cultural and Historical Significance

The Blue Pond serves as part of an erosion control system to protect the town of Biei in case of volcanic activity from nearby Mount Tokachidake. While not heavily developed for tourism, the pond offers a glimpse into the natural landscape and the importance of environmental conservation.
