The exterior and lobby looked old, but the room was clean and comfortable, as expected of a 5-star hotel. Buses from both Matsuyama and Taoyuan Airport stop nearby. However, depending on your destination, you may need to change buses or walk to a bus stop a little further away.

The only drawback is that the mobile phone signal is not good. Everything else is great and very suitable for young people to stay.

Since it's a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities and service would be great, but after staying here and going to another 4-star hotel in Ximending, I could really feel the difference in service, cleanliness, and small details. ㅜㅜ The sauna was also amazing, and the room had carpet but it was clean and odorless. It was convenient because there was a 220v outlet even if you didn't go to Piggy Nose, and the amenities were also good. There's nothing around the hotel, but there's a bus that takes you to Ximending, Taipei 101, and Raohe Street Night Market, so I used it well.

The service staff is friendly, the parking lot is great, the room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is close to Shilin Night Market and easy to reach on foot, and the breakfast is simple and delicious.

We checked-in very early in the morning around 5am, and the staff is very accomodating and said that he was waiting for us 😆our room was spacious compared to other rooms offered in ximending, place is across carrefour and atleast 100m away from bus station. very convenient for us. we are also always welcomed by a cleaned room everyday, and bottle of water wveryday. breakfast buffet was delicious but it is almost always the same.

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was average. If you go late in the morning there won't be much left, so it's better to go early.

City Suites Baymen location was better than I thought. It was right there when you exit the Y27 that is connected to the underground from the main station. It was close to Dadaocheng and Dihua Street, so I went there to buy Taiwanese bags. There was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so I went there every day.
