Finally, we got to experience this firsthand! We were so excited to choose our Hanbok color, but when we got there—nakaka overwhelm kasi maganda lahat! But what stood out was how amazing the Hanboks smelled—so fresh and fragrant! Infairness... Overall, the experience was absolutely superb!

The facility was too crowded when a tour group arrived at the same time of my schedule. I didn't get my photo shot right away. I waited for a bit after all the tour group left and after the photographer came back maybe from an outdoor photoshot. The photographer was very nice and professional, though. I was told I will get my photos in 11 days by email. ai don't know if he made a mistake and told me I can go to the palace and come back in an hour. I felt rushed the palace ground was big and wearing a hanbok was not easy going up steps. I spent about 2 hours and just went thru the museum in a flash to get back early. Same group tour came back at the same time with me, so we are again crowded in getting out of the of the hanbok.

Easy to redeem. No need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, they won't entertain if yoh are too early (happen to the group before us but had later slots). Orientation given in either korean, english or mandarin fluently. can take your time to choose dress but get very crowded in the earlier slot (of cos earlier will have more choices). Some staffs have average service attitude but 1 of them was very stern and fierce in giving instructions. 2 chances to choose your dress? however 2nd try would be your final decision already. Not like u cam try twice then have the final decision to go bavk to the 1st dress (that would be 3rd attempt). our appt is 9.30am (supposed to be 2nd group but there is already alot of ppl, maybe 5 groups of 2. We return the dress around 1pm+, the shop is empty. on and off there is ppl returning dresses but no one is choosing (would be better if u prefer to choose alone). tourist generally choose early, some worn until night. if intending to wear light colours, please wear light coloured bra straps or strapless as the colours would be obvious. hairdo is very fast and simple, within 3 to 5mins. expect no smiles, "thank you", "goodbyes" nor friendly eye contact in general. overall expeprience still great to take pictures.

This klook voucher is easy to redeem. Just show the Apple pay voucher will do. Haley and another lady is very welcoming and help us changed to the hanbok we wanted. We are allowed mkre than 3 hours for the rental. After taken oics with the hanbok, we return back the hanbok. Haley said we have a free photo to be printed. Highly recommended.

the employees were nice to us and they steam the clothes before placing them back on the racks and I feel the place has a good ambiance even there were a lot of people during our time there (9am) and one more thing, if you rent a Hanbok, entrance is free going inside the Palace

My wife and I decided to rent hanboks during our trip to Seoul, and it was such a fun experience! We chose a vibrant, traditional design and felt like we had stepped back in time. Wandering through Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace in our hanboks was amazing. The best part? We got free entry to the palaces! It was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in Korean culture and take some beautiful photos.

The claimining of hanbok rental was smooth. the staff in the rental shop was helpful especially when we are struggling in choosing clothes and how to wear it properly. also, they have luggage storage for your things. good job!

We went on a Friday at 9am and were promptly served as there was no queue and the shop had just opened. There were three friendly and experienced lady staff who attended to us. One of the ladies helped us to pick out outfits, another helped at the changing rooms while another helped at the hair styling station. Beautiful wide range of costumes and well organised services. Locker service is actually free. On hindsight, I would have bought 1.5h with extra hair styling (3,000won) and shoes (5,000 won) for a full outfit look. We left the shop at 10am and by 11.15am we had finished taking photos in Cheongdeokgung without the secret garden as you need to pay additional for that. It was also too hot to go Bukchon Village to take more photos. Bring along a tripod to help with photo taking so you can take photos with the beautiful architecture in the background. Only themed hanboks are available for children. We chose the Prince ones for the boys (warrior black or Prince blue) and chose a matching colour for my husband. We also got hats for them at 3,000 won each as add on accessory.
