Location is a little far from bus stop and train staion, Room is spacious and clean with city view.

The hotel is super nice to stay! I like their service, environment and food. Breakfast got a lots of choices. Definitely will come back again.

The waiting time for the lift was so long. The lift was not well maintained.

If you’re visiting Zoo Negara and you’re looking for the nearest place to stay, I’d suggest this hotel. Clean and comfy ✅ There is a nearby restaurant selling scrumptious menu for lunch (Kafe Ayam Rincis), definitely a must try 👍🏻

look no further, this is my 2nd visit to this place. the room is clean, the staff are very helpful and courteous. you can get all your day to day stuff down at the mall. i will surely be back again.

It is a beautiful hotel at the heart of KL. - I liked that it is nearby the tourist spots. - Wide selection of foods at the breakfast buffet, the breakfast area was really huge. - Smooth check in and check out. - The staff were kind and helpful. - The infinity pool at the upper floor was really nice, it comes with a view of the city and mountains. - Our room was cleaned everyday, I really appreciate that. - There is convenience store across the street, very convenient.
