From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the polished atmosphere and the attentive staff. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the croissants and chili.. It was a fantastic way to start the day. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for our trip. We were in town for a concert in the Koto area, and the hotel's direct access to the train station made navigating the city effortless. This saved us valuable time and energy, allowing us to fully enjoy our sightseeing and the concert. We arrived quite early in the morning, and the staff was extremely accommodating regarding our early check-in request. While there was a small fee of ¥1000, it was absolutely worth it to be able to access our room after a long morning of sightseeing. The room provided a much-needed respite, allowing us to refresh and prepare for the rest of our day. The room itself was well-appointed, modern and minimalist, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and upscale stay in the [mention the city/area]. I had a comfortable rest and was able to travel around the city comfortably. It was great to be able to go to the subway and airport comfortably. There were also convenient facilities nearby.

For me who was on a business trip to the Japan Exhibition Center, the location was very convenient. There was also a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel.

Easy check in, comfortable bed, spa was nice as well, definitely will recommend to anyone visiting.

The location is convenient, 5 minutes away from JR Tamachi Station, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a natural lawson downstairs and also on the street. The hotel staff is also very kind, the room is large enough, and the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas, which is good.

We arrived at the B&B late that day. The staff was very considerate and waited for us. They introduced the public facilities in detail and clearly. The location is very close to Kita Shinagawa Station.

The hotel has hot water supply, so you don't have to worry about winter. There are foreign staff who speak English, which is very convenient for communication. You can store your luggage and pick it up when you check in next time.
