Ayutthaya Historical Park tours

Our guide did a great job explaining each temple’s significance. He gave us plenty of time to wander and explore each site. The Bang Pa-In complex is beautiful, and the Atutthaya ruins are impressive. Lunch is at your own expense, but portion sizes are massive.

The tour guide was very professional. He took us to beautiful places and took such beautiful photos. We also went to a very special and historical restaurant to enjoy delicious food. It was such an unforgettable day.

Best way to get to Ayutthaya as it is 1.5 hours away from Bangkok. The tour was fun since our guide Wanida also gave us insights and shared the place’s history throughout the tour. Very educational and fun.

First of all, I would like to recommend our tour guide Ploi. She is very fluent in Chinese and English. Highly recommended! In the morning, renting Thai clothes at Chaiwatthanaram Temple is 200B, if makeup is included + 100B, admission is 50B, and toilet use is 5B. To be honest, I didn’t expect this trip at first, but unexpectedly I found that it is a pretty scenic spot to take pictures! Sishanpei Temple elephant riding is 200B and elephant feeding is 100B. I just walked around without riding or feeding. Although it is reasonable to exist, I felt that the elephants were a bit pitiful with their anklets tied to them. Tickets for visiting Wat Mahathat are 50. Walk around and take photos, same as above. For lunch, Venice Ayothaya's Toasted Pig 95 and Coke 30 were not delicious, but there was no other restaurant to choose from. The entrance fee to the zoo in the afternoon is 300. After entering the zoo, the price for taking photos with any animals is clearly marked, ranging from 200-1200B. If you want to feed the animals, it is usually 50B, so it’s up to you. The elephant show starts at 2:30 in the afternoon. The elephants can dance, draw, shoot darts, play football and collect tips! (Elephants are more versatile than me...) we had the tour yesterday and it was a great experience we'll worth the money! the pick up at the hotel was smooth with the driver showing the sign wito our names at the lobby, the drive out of Bangkok was smooth and pleasant. the day is filled with various stops so it's quite hectic despite having time to visit each location properly. the driver was speaking basic English but we could understand each other perfectly fine, though he's not a guide so be mindful in case you are expecting someone talking through the trip about the history or anecdotes of each location. highly recommended the stops at the farm cafe, nice vibe and lots of instagrammable spots, as well as the river boat at sunset to get amazing pictures of one of the ayutthaya sites from the river with the sunset. The driver took a lot fo pics of us. highly recommended!

I have just come back from finishing this tour with my parents and I want to say that I highly recommend this to those who are reading but may still be hesitant with booking this tour. The trip was perfectly planned with just the right amount of activities keeping the day eventful but still relaxing as there was always enough time in between to soak in each destination. I especially recommend this to those who have limited time in Bangkok but still want to include Ayutthaya and a floating market in their itinerary. While the tour itself was extremely fun, I have to say that the highlight of the trip was our extremely friendly and flexible tour guide Mr. Nui! He went above and beyond to ensure our day was as memorable as it could be. From arriving early to pick us up at our hotel, enthusiastically taking our photos, enriching the experience by sharing his knowledge of the places, making sure to always drive safely and catering to all our requests with a genuine smile on his face. My parents were especially impressed with how Mr. Nui took time out of the itinerary to stop by a local market just because my parents were looking to buy some cheap fruits! I want to thank him for making this a day that I would never forget and look back on when I think about our holiday in Bangkok!
