After a long from Ubud and Uluwatu, it was nice to have a good relaxing spa at Zen Family Spa. Service was good as they will want to confirm your arrival and upon arrival, I was served with respect and definitely was able to relieve some of the tiredness.

First class excellent service beyond my expectation top notch massage it was the best 3 hours in my life very clean and beautiful Spa they offered transfer service surrounding Nusa Dua area highly recommended

The location of the venue is a bit hidden. You need to navigate to the jimbaran grand ballroom. Yes, you read that right, the entrance of Hua Spa is right next to it. The technicians are very sophisticated and did not cut corners. I ordered a men's energy package and pressed 2 of them. Hours, you can also take a shower, and then happily board the plane to sleep, perfect 😍

It’s a nice experience with great services! Transportation between hotel is included. The 180 min spa & massage experience is also very good ! Only mark down is the water temperature of the spa which is not hot enough. May be the tank is too big to fill ! Anyway nice and relaxing experience!

The environment was nice and peaceful. Price is cheaper than what you would need to be paid on site & included pick up (although we didn’t need it). However the room only got one bath tub so you’d have to take turns when taking a bath, which leaves the other cold or in the shower. So maybe would be better suit for couples.

The therapists are experienced and skilful. They have both male and female therapists. We received very warm treatment and excellent service from our therapists, Devi and Yuyun, from the start to the end of our session. The massages itself are a delightful experience and relaxing indeed. We really enjoyed our massages, and appreciated the complimentary transportation to and fro our hotel. I've had many massages during my travels, but the experience at Heavenly Spa was incomparable to other places. I could tell that they were really skilled people, and the spa space itself was really nice. I want to get a massage and healing here again~^^

The best!! Extremely polite staff. Very accomodating front desk. Top notch masseuse. Great ambience. 10/10.. hotel spas are always pricey than your standard ones outside in Bali.. But I reckon I’d go here again. Great value.
