The evening air is cool and comfortable, great for taking beautiful photos, sipping wine and enjoying it. In the morning, go see the sun rise over the Golden Bridge, line up to buy Popmart, it's really worth it ^ ^

Everything was great. The receptionist gave great advice. The bed was definitely soul-sucking. I slept well. The breakfast buffet had a lot of food. The night buffet had a lot of beer.

We loved our stay. We practically had the whole park to ourselves from 5pm onwards, and the Ba Na Hills at night was simply amazing. Early access to the Golden Bridge made it really worth it as well. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was incredible, will surely come back and stay longer in the future.

staying in mercure was the best decision ever...we enjoyed the place during the day as well as during the night..will definitely back and bring family with me..the place is magical..the staff are very nice...the buffet breakfast was superb!!!

Booked a family room for 4 which comes with 2 comfy double-decker beds. Not for very young children n elderly due to limited headroom in the upper deck n a ladder with big steps. It is cheaper to call a Grab from the airport. Realised the room rate I paid included 2 buffet breakfast and 2 cable car rides. Topped up for 2 more breakfast n 2 cable car rides. Buffet breakfast has a good spread of both local and international food. Enjoyed the nice, cool air of Bana Hills at night n the exclusive cable car ride for hotel guests to the Golden hand bridge at 6am. Awesome view of sunrise in Bana hills.

highly recommended to stay here! all staff are polite and helpful. my bf forgot his sunglasses i just left my email. we are hopeless but on the same day they sent email to us. if you stay here you will get time to take a good photo without crowded. only one thing on my suggestion is in room suppose to have AC or adjustable Fan.
