The guide is very nice and delivers itinerary and instructions very clearly. Very fun day! Got the chance to feed seagulls :D the rail bike was interesting! A 'U-turn' at the end manually and comes back the same way. Luge Route 1 was sooooo intense and fun really recommend!!!

The tour guide Rachel was very professional. She provided clear instructions before the activity so that I knew the meeting place and time clearly. She also provided appropriate information during the activity. The itinerary was not too tight and there was plenty of free time. In terms of transportation, the meeting and disbanding locations were all at the entrances and exits of major railway stations, which was very convenient.

Our tour guide Teddy took us there at a good time. We almost didn't squeeze with other people. Strawberry picking is highly recommended and you can take 500g home. The scenery of ice fishing and trolley is also beautiful.
