If you have hundreds or thousands star, i would give more. i feel like i don't wanna go home. The RuMa is like a home to me. Clean, calm, the interior is so my taste, the staff all are super nice friendly and kind, the check in check out process was so fast, clear, helpful and easy, the breakfast was good and me & husband doesn't want to leave it. Hehe. Thank you for everything. I will come again for sure 🙏🏻🥰

Rather new hotel.With 900+ rooms hotel with 5 guestblift including fire man lift, it is simply not enough to cater to the large crowds. The Lobby is not big and when we check in the lobby is so pack and we have to take queue no and wait for our turn to be called.There is a public toilet at the lobby and can be maintain it better as it also reflect on the hotel image.There is a cafe at the lobby.The room is segregated from the passageway but somehow there should be cctv to cover the room as the cctv does not able to cover the individual room. Room cleanliness is up to standard.Overall, the hotel is worth going to if i were to go KL again as it is near to pavillion and bukit bintang area.

one of the best hotels that you can find in the city centre everything is nearby I chose the twin towers view and it was beautiful

Great location because you can just walk going to Pavilion, Don Don Donki, and other shopping centres. Just had to pay RM20 again even though the Malaysian tax is already included when I booked. (Didn't pay additional RM20 in Somerset Medini) Overall, still liked our stay.
