nice place to stay.. convenient.. easy to access surrounding mall.. the best hotel.. and we doesn't need to take grab to Pavilion mall and Suria KLCC mall.. from day 1 till we check out.. shopping non stop.. the hotel staff are well friendly.. very clean and superb hotel.. last few days before we check out.. there is a lost boy and he was crying.. we take him to the staff and the manager approached to ask and they patiently willing to help that boy.. I'm glad you had nice manager to handle this kind of case.. we will book this hotel again in future.. thank again for the comfortable place to stay in.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

awesome hotel and Petronas Tower is just around the corner and a good hotel to view a New Year fireworks, just have to book early to avail the room infront of KLCC park.

amazing stay! 3pm - 5pm has free high tea session too, the food is simple but enough to fill up tummy! the swimming pool club is nicer at night!

The hotel is modern and standing. The room booked is spacious, however the restaurant for breakfast is not very varied.

I love this accommodation!!! The breakfast of this hotel is worth discussing. Actually, we didn't have high expectations for the breakfast of this hotel, but we were a little disappointed. After all, from the evaluation of the location, service attitude, and cleanliness, the breakfast of this hotel is just ordinary. It's not bad. In terms of variety, it's a little small and ordinary. It's just like what you eat at a mamak stall outside.

I think the staff is excellent. Although I booked a separate room, the staff was willing to let us stay in the same room. The communication method was also very comfortable. What surprised me most was that this hotel can scan the QR code in the room and chat with the staff online directly. This is definitely a blessing for everyone! !

Beautiful room, would've been better if the bed size is larger. Thats's only a small point, the venue and room itself is just incredible. I would definitely start staying here in the near future. thanks!
