Very close to the station, there are drugstores, supermarkets, and 100-yen stores downstairs for convenient shopping. There is also a 24-hour beef donburi shop!

They kindly gave us a slightly larger room for free. We stayed with a friend who had just returned from a long-distance flight, so it was nice to have a relaxing stay. There were ample amenities so it was no problem to come empty-handed, and the convenience store was about a minute's walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk to the center of Sannomiya, but it's pretty much a straight line, so you won't get lost. If I have the chance, I'd like to use it again.

The location was close to the station, the room felt spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the luggage storage and other services were all great. The Kobe Marathon and the Hyogo Prefectural Governor Election were held on the weekends, so all the hotels were expensive, but this was the best value. The breakfast was very delicious, and it was a shame that we only had 45 minutes. I wish I could have taken more time to eat. I didn't really like the lotion and milky lotion in the bath. If you are particular about what you use, I recommend bringing your own.

A very nice hotel for staycation, worth the price too. Regret not staying longer days.

I stayed for two nights from November 11th to November 13th, and I was very satisfied with the location and the hotel facilities. It was relatively spacious and the bedding was clean, so I would like to visit again next time I visit Kobe...

The check-in location is good. Everything is self-service after check-in. It is quite convenient. I turned around after leaving the hotel and entered the station immediately. There was construction work nearby when I checked in on November 3, so the surrounding area was quite chaotic. Overall, it was very good.

Love the location, just few mins walk from stations. Rooms are spacious too. Also credits to front desk, they all are friendly and helpful.
