no issues with ticket redemption, the audio guide is via another app which works fine, but recommended to download before hand.

It saved us time and trouble to have this skip the line ticket. The audio guide was informative. If time is an issue, I recommend skip the line tours like this. We saw what we wanted to see of the colosseum.

This was a very interesting process. The scenery was of course amazing. I also took a lot of photos. I hope that in the future, tour guides can talk more about history instead of their own life experiences, so that everyone will gain more.

the ticket was easy to use. I used the entry only (no guide). no need to validate anything, just go straight to entrance. One mistake on my part is that I thought that Palatine Hill and Roman forum are 2 diff entrances. Once you enter, you cannot reenter. We took way longer on the Roman forum walk and couldn’t do the Palatine Hill walk before we had to go to the Colosseum tour. So plan ahead eg do the colosseum tour way earlier then the other 2 walks after or do the colosseum much later (mine was 10:45am). we took 1.2 hrs for the Roman forum. it opens at 9am. We got in at 9am. But just a heads up, the queue for RF and PH was so long when we came out from Colosseum. Guess most tour groups do C first then RF and PH. Anywat,Palantine hill would have taken another 1-2 hours. With some saying 3-4 hrs. If you have energy, visit the monument to Emmanuel. Great views of Rome, C, RF and PH. Plus exhibits. 17E for pax. Valid for 7 days. There is a little cafe on the top for a drink. Also, we used Rick Steves audio guide.

Our guide, Christina, is an archaeologist and is very knowledgeable. There’s so much to take in but she was able to condense everything into 2-3 hours and answer a lot of our questions. The tour company is well-organised and there are many support staffs on the ground.

The experience was pretty good! Although there were a lot of people, the admission was quite fast. You can enter within 20 minutes after queuing for ticket inspection and security check.

Sarah was a great guide, very informative and accommodated all our questions. Best to get a guide for the Roman Forum/Colosseum to have a deeper understanding of the rich history of the area.

We did not join the guided tour, but only had staff distribute tickets on site at a designated time, and then went in to visit on our own. The staff was friendly and polite, and explained clearly how to use the tickets.
